The SG700 Stack Gas Analyzer consists of a non-dispersive infrared gas analyzer using a highly sensitive and stable double beam system and a zirconia or paramagnetic oxygen analyzer. It can simultaneously measure up to 5 components: NOx, SO2, CO2, CO, and O2.The use of interference compensation in the analyzing section virtually eliminates the effects of interference from other components. The SG700 features many functions including autocalibration, conversion to O2-based values, averaging, and high/low alarms. It is used for measuring and monitoring emissions from various types of boilers and waste incinerators.

The IR400 is capable of simultaneously and continuousiy measuring sample gas concentrations for O2 and up to four additional components from the following: NO, SO2 CO, and CH4.A highly sensitive and relible mass flow type twin detector makes measurements much less susceptible to interference from other components. The IR400 has a large multi-function LCD that improves operability and enables high accuracy.The IR400 is an ideal system for the measurement of combustion exhaust gases from waste incinerators and boilers as well as gases from various types of industrial furnaces.

IR200 Universal Infrared Gas Analyzer

The IR200 is capable of simultaneously measuring sample gas concentrations for O2 and up to three additional components from the following: CO₂, CO, CH₄, SO₂, NO. Five gases other than O₂ are measured using the non-dispersion infrared (NDIR) method and a single beam system, while O₂ is measured by the paramagnetic or zirconia method.

A unique optical system reduces drifting caused by contamination of the measuring cell, and a high-sensitivity mass flow sensor in the detection block provides excellent long-term stability. The IR200 has a large multi-function LCD that improves operability and enables high accuracy.
